Eagle Scout Project

To accomplish the rank of Eagle Scout, Maynard had to come up with and execute a service project that would create a lasting impact on his community. Maynard decided that he would design a permanent stage extension to replace Alleman High School's temporary stage extension - a project that was long overdue and necessary for their growing performing arts department. Thanks to the help of his peers, adult mentors, the City of Rock Island building inspectors, and a family friend who is an Architect, he was able to complete the project from start to finish in about six months.
